Exposing Expectations

We are all impacted by expectations, those we have of ourselves and others and those that others have of us. Few realize the impact of these expectations on our thinking and behavior. As you will see in this book expectations are often the beginning of destructive thoughts that dominate us. Learning to understand expectations and bring them into the obedience of God’s Word is a vital step to gaining victory over your thought life. You don’t have to let your expectations rule your spirit, or be weighed down by the expectations of others if you understand how God says to approach this important issue.
